Do you ever send the printable set via UPS already printed, cut, and assembled?
Yes, I can do that! However, I do not use fancy punches etc. at this time. I can cut the Toppers out in circles and tape them to sticks and have the banner cut and assembled with ribbon as well as other items within the printable set. The cost is $100 with shipping included. I only ship within the United States via UPS at this time. Please allow extra time for assembly and shipping. Rush Orders will cost extra depending on how soon you need it and what UPS charges to overnight the shipment.

Printing & Paper
What kind of printer do you use?
I have a regular HP inkjet printer- it's nothing fancy or costly, but it works well and is very reliable.
Should I print the printables at home or have it sent to a printing company?
You can do whatever you prefer to do. If you can not decide, try printing it at home first. If you are not satisfied, then send it to a printing company like Staples or Kinkos.
What kind of paper should I use to print on?
I use bright white cardstock paper to print on. You can purchase it at various office supply stores and even Sam's Club.
Why do the colors look different on the computer screen and the printed printable?
If this occurs, check your ink cartridge for replacement and adjust your intensity settings on your printer and screen display monitor. There will most likely be a small variation in color from most screens to printed printable.
Where are the lines to cut along for the printable banner?
When I create the banner, I do not put in lines so the customer can choose to use the entire page or cut their own design. This means you will simply have to cut through the middle of the page (if you use the entire page) which is much quicker and easier. Then, just punch two holes in the top of each letter and string ribbon for hanging.
How do I make the Toppers?
For the Toppers, I usually create circles that you can cut out using scissors or a circle cutter. Then, you take the circles and tape them to wooden sticks. Now, just stick them anywhere you want- like cupcakes, food, flowers, etc.
What about refunds & exchanges?
Printables that were e-mailed/sent to you are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your order, please let me know immediately and I'll try to resolve the issue.
Do you work regular business hours?
No, I do not. I tend to work during nap times and late at night. And I love my job!
Can I submit my party to your blog?
Absolutely! I'd love to see how you used the printables in your party! Just click on the Take A Bow Page of my blog and follow the instructions. I look forward to seeing your creativity!
Thank you for your business!
