My son loves playing with a Thomas the Train Set at our church so I decided to create a quick and easy Train Table for him at home.  I had already purchased this Ikea Train Set for him in the past and we had this rectangle coffee table that we were not using in our house.

I thought about painting the table with chalkboard paint, but I'm a lazy crafter and I usually want to finish my projects quickly.  I used a double sided foam adhesive tape and stuck it underneath the train tracks to the table (after figuring out how I wanted to lay the track on the table) and that was it! Now my son can move the train along the tracks without the entire track falling to the ground.  Choo Choo!

While I was looking through all of the beautiful Christmas cards I had received this year,

I thought about how I was going to entertain my two year old son the next day.  Why not "laminate" this Christmas card of his uncle, aunt, and cousins so he can draw on it and wipe it off? I used clear packing tape to cover the card and my son can draw on it with a marker for white boards.  He loves it!
